Everything works fine but on live blue TV you can't see the program unless you click on it. The view stays on the previous channel unless you click to see what is on the next channel.

I used google extensively to help install a guest router and the attendant settings. This keeps Superbox from being able to see any devices linked to my main router, like, computers and phones. I also used google to help install the Superbox and to learn how to navigate the system with the remote, which by the way, needs raised buttons for the up & down & left & right. The circle configuration leads to punching the wrong button. The shipping box should contain a comprehensive installation guide along with a robust user's (navigation) manual. I had to use google to find out if and where the Packers game could be found... channel was Fox... it was hiding in the Regional/Local section. The Superbox failed to deliver a win for Green Bay today... Terry German
