Shipping Destination

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday are generally processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or United States federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Our fulfillment location is in Portland, Oregon.

Delivery Estimates

After the carrier accepts the package, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect or incomplete address information, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping to eligible United States addresses is provided at no additional charge.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number when tracking is available from the carrier.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active or update.

Address Changes

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing an order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once order processing or fulfillment has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If tracking has not updated for five business days, or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment and assist with an appropriate resolution.

If your package arrives with visible shipping damage, please retain the original packaging and provide clear photographs of the package and product.

This information may be required so that we can assist with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution.
