30-Day Return and Refund Policy

Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. The request must be submitted before the 30-day period expires.

Return eligibility

The item must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be undamaged, include all original accessories and documentation, and be packed in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Products showing misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, missing serial labels, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

How to request a return

Email sales@mysuperboxtvstore.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Wait for return authorization and instructions. The return warehouse telephone number will be supplied in the authorization message when required.
Pack the item securely with all included components and ship it using a trackable service.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping according to our instructions. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law.

Inspection and refunds

We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within three business days. A bank or card issuer may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges requested within 30 days are subject to product availability. If a direct exchange is unavailable, we may process an approved return and ask you to place a new order.

One-year hardware warranty

The product includes a one-year limited hardware warranty beginning on the delivery date. Contact us with your order number and a description of the hardware issue. Coverage does not include misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, normal cosmetic wear, or problems caused by third-party applications or services.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has started. If the order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
