1. Hardware device statement
SuperBox S7 Series products sold by this store are consumer electronic hardware devices designed to function as internet-connected Android streaming media players. They can connect a compatible television to the internet, play personal media files, install compatible applications, and access online services selected by the customer.
2. No bundled media content
SuperBox Store sells the physical device and included hardware accessories. Products are supplied without pre-loaded third-party streaming services, broadcast packages, movie libraries, sports packages, or copyrighted media. A hardware purchase does not include rights or licenses to third-party content.
3. Third-party applications and services
Customers may install compatible applications obtained from legitimate sources. Those applications and services are developed, owned, and operated by independent third parties. SuperBox Store does not own or operate third-party media platforms, control their content, manage their subscriptions, or guarantee their availability, compatibility, pricing, or regional access.
4. Responsible and permitted use
Customers must use the device in accordance with applicable laws, copyright requirements, application terms, and service agreements. Appropriate uses include accessing services for which the customer has valid authorization, playing personal media, using public-domain material, and using content that is properly licensed or otherwise lawfully available.
5. Prohibited use
The device must not be used to access pirated or unauthorized content, reproduce or redistribute copyrighted works without permission, bypass technological access controls, rebroadcast protected material without authorization, or use applications in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.
6. Marketing and product demonstrations
Product photographs, interface examples, and demonstrations are intended to illustrate hardware appearance and general device functionality. Any third-party names, marks, or interface elements remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean that a service, subscription, license, or endorsement is included with the product.
7. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for the applications they install, the services they access, and the content they choose to view or play. Purchasing or owning a general-purpose media player does not authorize copyright infringement or override local laws and third-party service rules.
